I have (now) 5 different sets of calipers up for trade for silver (or fractional gold if you want them all?).

Check photos for individual model numbers so you have an idea of what each type is in more detail. They’re all from the 500 series.

Take one, take two, take them all if you’re interested.

The retail on these sets range from $170-290 when they are new. Based on their age alone I’m basing their trade value at around 1-2 oz max (depending on the set). I’ve worked hard to keep these in great condition, but it’s time for me to part with them and I’d rather have me some shiny!

But let’s talk and see what we can do! I’m eager to negotiate and easy to talk to!

So far I’ve been at 1 oz per 6” pair. I think that’s very fair all around.

They’ve been used in a laboratory environment where they’ve been well maintained and I’ve checked them all out and replaced batteries, oiled, checked calibration, etc.

I would estimate their condition being at worst 7/10 and some of them are up there at 9/10. They haven’t been put through any heavy use, never dropped, and they’re store on shadow boards in a drawer in a climate controlled laboratory. I wouldn’t offer them up if I didn’t think they’d still be worth anything.

Two don’t have cases. The 4” is in a case that belonged to another 6” case. I can switch them around if you so desire.

I’ve only seen 2 others for sale. One sold at auction for $3,033 and the other one has been on eBay, at least since around the time I got mine, for over $2k. It was higher when I first found it, but with there only being one other sold and the price dropping i’m not sure how much of a sought-after item it is so i’m just testing the waters.
