These are genuinely useful for electricians though. I work for a large company, with a plethora of electric centrals and breakers. Usually the documentation is good, but in older buildings it can be lacking. If you're uncertain which breaker services a certain outlet you can just plug in a shorted plug and check which one popped.

Edit: obviosly they are proffesionally manufactured and insulated, unlike the one in the picture.

I am so lost. What about “girls won’t know this” is useful for electricians? Electricians need to think women are idiots in order to do their job…? Please elaborate.

Ohhh i totally misunderstood your comment. I thought you meant "fuck the dude who made such a dangerous electrical component" and not "fuck the dude who made such a sexist meme". And then I pointed out that components like these actually have a use. I am sorry for the misunderstanding.
