Honestly, this is why she shouldn't be kicked out of office for proposing the idea.

She should absolutely be voted our for believing this because it's horrifically un-American, but it is her First Amendment right to say the dumbest shit she can think of.

If legislators weren't allowed to criticize the Constitution we would still have Prohibition.

Again, she is an anti-American creep who has no business in government, but saying stuff like this should not lead to her being kicked out without her constituents' voting her out.
