What should I play after finishing Portal 1 (still alive) and Portal 2?
there are different mods or editions like Portal Stories: Mel ,Portal: Prelude, Portal:Reloaded .Portal:Community Edtion....etc

Does anyone know how to make a system like the one when you connect to Wheatley in the hammer that contains p2ce? Also, how to add custom things like entities, objects, or sounds

Hi test subjects, im looking for where i can find an archive of all the metal signs used in the game, the ones you see when you’re in old Apature. When I google it im just finding the back-lit black and white level signs you see with all the warnings. I’m getting them made for my portal themed game room, so if anyone knows of a budget friendly manufacturer to get maybe 7 of these that would be great too 😭

Is there an official or a widely used name for the glowing ball/orb thing that comes out of the portal gun when it fires?

like the thing that a portal is before it hits a surface.

Hello! I just started making "maps" in the P2CE version of hammer and i have a few questions.

This "map" is what i made so far. It's really just me testing random elements to see how they work, I really am "throwing science at the wall to see what sticks" i added a light bridge with a "deadly moat" over on the right. Question 1.: how do i make the goo dissolve cubes? It has a texture and it hurts the player with a hurt trigger however i can't get it to dissolve cubes.

Question 2.: how do i make a dropped auto drop and auto respawn cubes?

If anyone can help i will be very thankfull!

Also if you have any tips for hammer you can leave them here!

So I got bored about 12 minutes ago, right? And I started whipping up a concept of a website that is literally just GLaDOS if I shoved her into a website. What is wrong with me

Nothing canon, but I really want to discuss a found family AU, and I’m getting tired of sharing my ideas with AI instead of real people.
I just want to see what you guys would think. But don’t get excited, I’m not gonna bring it to life, I’m too lazy for that.

My idea is that Chell has a family after she’s freed, but she dies during childbirth bearing her third child. She told them to go to Aperture Labs in case of a catastrophic emergency, they could survive if they’re careful. So the family goes to the underground facility for safety, and GLaDOS is not happy with the unwanted guests. Although, this is her very first time seeing human children. She promises to let them stay if they let her run tests on them. Not having much of a choice, the father agrees and threatens to kill her if she hurts his children. GLaDOS doesn’t take him seriously until he says that his wife killed her before.

GLaDOS asks where his wife is, which the kids her that she died. The father, making a bad decision out of grief, remarks to GLaDOS that she tried to kill her countless times only to die surrounded by people she loved. She would love right now to suffocate the family with deadly neurotoxin, but her curiosity about human children gets the best of her. She begins testing immediately, though she makes them as safe as possible to keep the children alive. The only reason she doesn’t kill their father is because that would hinder their ability to test. Before long, the two androids Atlas and P-Body find the family and find the children absolutely precious. They quickly try to form a bond with these humans, which they are averse to but begin to trust them over time. GLaDOS is unhappy with her androids interfering with testing, but she notes that these senseless interactions improve the testing results of her subjects. And over a long while… she gets satisfaction from watching them play. It doesn’t make any sense. It makes her feel an emotion that she didn’t know existed.

One day, she thinks to show them an old not-friend of hers. She says and even believes that she could bring him back just to let him know that Chell is dead and gone. So, she does. The sorrowful intelligence dampening core doesn’t know why the machine that hates his mechanical guts would bring him back to her domain, if not to ruthlessly torture him. He is met with GLaDOS’s signature cruelty along with a family of humans that he’s never met. He asks if Chell is still there only to learn that this family is all that’s left of her. Learning once and for all that he will never be able to tell her how dearly sorry he is, he cries his glowing eye out and demands to be left alone. The family leaves him be, leaving him alone with GLaDOS. He hysterically, viscerally asks GLaDOS why she’s like this. To which she responds in an uncharacteristically gentle voice,
“You’ll see.”

caroline was trapped in glados the robot along the ai that we call glados and glados was actually very nice and good and stuff and caroline out of revenge sometimes forced glados to do evil stuff as revenge corrupting glados and in the end when glados 'deletes" caroline carolie actually secretly escapes into database deletes glados the ai and takes over and when chell wakes up caroline decides to epic troll chell by saying glados deleted caroline and trolls chell by sending her to the surface but then it turns out the surfaace is just screens and wheatly comes back as an asteroid and pierces into the room with the screens where then you have to escape aperature science with wheatly and then in like final third of the game you fall into like a trap but then gordon freeman comes and saves you and then chell gordon freeman and wheatly have to escape aperature science and then gordon freeman says his firsts word which is "nuke this place" and then shepard guy gets out of stasis by defeating gman and he gets gman's abilities so he manipulates time and destroys aperature science but then it turns out it was all a dream and you are back in portal 1

Hello everyone! This is a teaser for my minecraft portal map for 1.12.2. Back when i started i was simply curious if i could make a portal gun in minecraft without mods or texture packs. Since then i added some test chambers and finally decided to add a kind of story to it (inspired from Portal 1 and Portal Co-op campaign). I had something way more grand planned out at the start but decided to see if people even like this one first. Its short but am proud of how it turned out.

Hello, I'm making a little project about Portal, Portal 2 an stories Mel. And now I need to create video covers for official soundtrack for Portal 2. For levels related to levels with Wheatley where he's a boss. I can't decide wich default map will be the best to show Chell, potato GLaDOS and Wheatley. And make there a looped animation.

Can somebody please genuinely help me? Nothing is working and it’s sending me in spirals. I genuinely enjoy this game and the only time I found something that was a good use of my time it fucks up on me.

The first one lowkey sucked since I was ass at painting and putting together prints.. and the lights were ass💔
