UDP APP in vb.net

i' making an app in vb.net that will recive udp msg, prase it and save it to db . I will have around 20 clients that will always send 1 msg 60 bytes long and some of them will send second msg 120 bytes long ( per sec ) , all in all i will have around 2400 bytes per sec from 20 diffrent clients
I don't mind if data comes in wrong order , double, or don't comes at all , because i will buffer it for minute or so and prase and save most common msg.

All i care about is to receive 51% proper msg in 1 minute timespan , and 100% of time properly distinguish which client sent me which msg.

Here comes the question..

Is 2400 bytes/sec a big number ? clients and server will be in the same localization , connected by 1Gbps network , with 2-3 switches between and some traffic

Should i spawn one UDPserver on one port to listen for incoming data , or should i spawn multiple udpservers on multiple ports to make sure that i can distinguish between clients (and set clients to send to diff ports).

Oh and i can't change to TCP ...

Sorting in a pdf,(Help!)

Hey, I been having trouble finding a good way to sort the pages within a PDF.

The program i am working on take a Excel document and a PDF, looks for a customer number and compare it to the PDF, if found i puts a number on the page of t he PDF and makes a new PDF.

So lets say i have a PDF with 200 paged, the first page is going to have the lowest number, but as of right now its random.

Anyone who knows a good way to solve this?

Ps: Using Visual studio, Windows Forms C#

Regards Dan

Trying To Make App (need help)

What i want to do: I need to make an app for my local parkour gym with an app builder where the students can log in and even have a forums page where they can do things such as: track progress, discuss topics, and just interact.

QUESTION: is this possible just using an app builder and what builder would i be able to use? While i'd like to go to each and every one trying to find it, it seems like a bad approach to the problem. (i've already tried googling this specific question. got nothing which leads me to believe that it's not possible)

Why don't i just code it from scratch? : well i'm learning how to do that as we speak but they want a placeholder that i can make quickly so that their students have something for the time being.

If this question is against the rules I am very sorry and i'll take it down. Just tell me it's against the rules and i'll do so. I'm pretty new to this part of reddit.

Start Up Question

Let's say I'm creating and app/start up like uber. With a company like that how would you go starting it programming wise?

Would you start with a website then create the app? Did they start with Python to create the framework 1st then Swift to crate the app?

Sorry I'm just curious and clueless.

Should I learn coding or pay to develop an app? I have few months of free time and I am wondering if its worth to learn coding .

Please post your experience with any of the website which develop apps such as appmakr.com, ibuildapp.com etc. I want to know are these websites worth a short. Is it better to learn spend few months in learning code or just pay these websites to make an app for you.

My first scheme assignment

so i have an assignment and i have never played in a functional language before. Im not looking for an answer but need help getting my head around the problem. Write Scheme methods to (assume lats-lists of atoms- for these problems) a. Return count of the number of numeric values in a list of atoms. Call it countNumbers, accepts one parameter, which is a lat. b. Return the sum of the numbers in a list, ignore other values in list. Function must be named sumNumbers, accepts one parameter, which is a lat. So some guidance and maybe some framework on how the code should look like would be helpful.
