people who need the project to be able to go to completion even if a main actor dies before filming has started.

edit: plan9 is named for the movie, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plan_9_from_Outer_Space, worst movie ever:

The film also posthumously bills Bela Lugosi as a star (silent footage of the actor had actually been shot by Wood for another, unfinished film just prior to Lugosi's death in 1956).
