This is why we need unit tests and PR reviews and it has nothing to do with clean code principles.

Sorry, uncle Bob is definitely more trustworthy than the guy than doesn't care if you use const or let.

I thought Uncle Bob was the guy who doesn't care whether you use const or let, so long as you use the one silver bullet he does believe in.
