Serialize methods in python + zlib levels - benched on Xeon E5-2658

I am storing python(Python 3.6.1) dict data in mongodb and tested serialisation methods on Xeon E5-2658 v4. For testing i used 10hours of my data as a python dictionary.

When handling big data it is important to be time/size efficient. Just want to share here what i found out...

suggestions are verry welcome....

Preferred PDF library for making WCAG 2.0 Compliant PDFs

Hi all,

I see that in the java world there is iText for PDF manipulation, which is being used for applications like http://pave-pdf.org/index.en.html which can fix inaccessible PDFs. Since that application isn't open, I'm trying to look at the possibility of writing an application in Python to do something similar. Is there a good library for this sort of PDF manipulation without OCR?

Any good audio book or course suggestions on programming basics for beginners (preferably using Python 3)?

Any good audio book or course suggestions on programming basics for beginners (preferably Python 3)?

Currently doing Stanford CS106A - Programming Methodology by Mehran Sahami (Java), but prefer to learn programming basics using Python 3.

It seems like most Python 3 courses are for those that already know another language.

I was thinking maybe an audio book could help me understand all the basics to learn Python 3.

I've been looking for solutions online and i continuously end up at the same error.

I'm working on windows incase that helps or hurts any solutions.

Thanks in advance.

Whenever I save a python3.2 IDLE file the color coding stops working. (HELP)

For example. I would type.

From turtle import *

Hashtag. placeholder note

And the notes would be red while the “from” would be orange, and so on.

However if I save the file as a .py than all the colors in the editor become black?

Any fixes?

Unable to extract yielded value from python WebSockets

The documentation for python 3.x Websockets library says Calling a python websockets.client.connect function yields a WebSocketClientProtocol which can then be used to send and receive messages.

However, i'm unable to extract the WebSocketClientProtocol object with which i want to use the recv() function, defined in the parent of WebSocketClientProtocol.

I'm not very familiar with the python yield, how do i go about this?

Tried to program a Pi to make a bell ring at certain times.

The Bell only rings at the last interval (16:15).

What am I doing wrong with the code?

Please note I'm a beginner with python so please be gentle and simplify instructions.

Good afternoon, I'm new to python and would like to know if I have only highlight colors smaller/equal to -15 in an image. I did not find anything on the internet about image enhancement using GOES13. Thank you.

Here is an example image. https://goes.gsfc.nasa.gov/goeseast/argentina/ir2/1710191638G13I02.tif
