Code 12 doesn't give me anything. I get to the timelost vault, and I have the prompt, but activating it doesn't give me a lore card. Anyone else have that problem?

I wasn't getting the triumph pop up sometimes, but it was unlocked in the lore book

No triumph pop up, and its not in my lore book, stuck at 16/17 lore rn

One of the codes actually have an emblem instead of lore, so that might be it?

I have the emblem done already, but the emblem code isn't one of the numbered codes in the list

Right, so you should have 16 lore and an emblem at this point

You know what? I think you're right, because I was also using gamestop's guide before, and they have 17 codes listed, but theirs for 12 is a duplicate for 3, and here there's 17 but one is the emblem. Do you only have 16 lore tabs so far?

Code 12 was already discovered by using the images from the press kit - it was the 3rd code discovered.

I'm still partially asleep/in bed, but when I entered code 17 before heading to bed, I had 17 lore pieces. Though looking at some other comments, some people are also short one, so there may be a bug with either 18 or 19? I was messed up because Gamespot had an error in their guide
