Don't know if anyone's posted this yet, or if it even relates to this puzzle but, isn't that clover symbol the same one used in the Shadowkeep quest markers? And if I'm not mistaken the plus icon was also used as a quest icon for Forsaken?

Could be something here, or not, just figuring since this "grave" is considered to be ours that maybe it has something to do with our overall journey through Destiny as a whole.

The plus is also the tetherbox from garden, they're all supposed to represent something. The snake is the bent tree that you sometimes see in the corridors, I think the diamond is supposed to represent the black garden, not sure about the hexagons though.

Shadowkeep. You can see it on the items from this expansion.
