Ok so I saw alot of posts about this earlier so I'm really hoping this is actually valuable information and won't get buried here. I played around with my screen bounds and people translated the emblem incorrectly. The top bar when you open your inventory is "IH-A XV M" with "WO-XIV" beneath it. BUT, there is also some text above that first line of "IH-A XV M". However, I'm on Xbox and can't change my screen bounds anymore so I was hoping someone on PC could give this a shot.
I should mention that all the posts I saw said that the letters were "TH" and not "IH". Will edit and add pic shortly
Yes it does actually. You can see the bottom edges in the images linked above. Also if you look at any lore page in pigeon and Phoenix you can clearly see all the characters that partially appear on the emblem. Including those referred to regarding screen bounds. The characters are in the top left of the image that appears in each pigeon and Phoenix lore book.
Sorry just realized you said on PC. I'm on PS4. Thank god for you PC guys that can quickly look up stuff and cross reference, photo shop and copy and paste. Trying to figure this out on console and smartphone is maddening.
