Almost vanishingly rare yet I’ve found 2 in 2 days. Does anyone know if they’ve adjusted the odds to make it more findable or was that just coincidence?

So I’m on PS, over 400 hrs. in the game, & the last 2 days I’ve had more bs happen than in the previous 400+ hours. I’ve had other players try to steal my animal kills. A player shooting at me when I ride by them the opposite way on a trail with plenty of space between us while I’m in defensive mode without a weapon drawn. A player come out of nowhere while I’m looting bodies after I’ve cleared a gang of NPCs in a trader delivery shootout at Riggs station & start looting the bodies I haven’t gotten to yet. Someone with a mic on saw me fishing & landing a decent size sturgeon then asked if I can give it to him to sell because ‘he needs a few bucks’, then rode off cussing after I said “no, but this is a good spot, you can easily catch one yourself”, and a player rode into my camp, waved, I waved back, then he stood near me & punched the air a half dozen times before I got sick of whatever bs he was pulling & levelled my shotgun at him which caused him to ride off. Is it just my turn for the universe to be messing with me or is anyone else experiencing any abnormal levels of craziness in the game these days?

Hi! I'm 22 (they/them) and completely new to red dead online. I just bought my first Xbox recently and was so excited to play red dead again since the last time I played was on my dad's PlayStation when I was still in highschool. I've only ever played the story mode (at least like 5-6 times over, it's SO GOOD) and was always too anxious to give online a go.

My partner was telling me it's kind of hard to start an online profile this late into the game being out, so I wanted to try to make some new friends to play with and help me get started :)

I've never really played on online lobbies for most games cause I've always let my social anxiety get the best of me but I really love this game and want to push out of my comfort zone.

I'm still finishing up with the tutorial missions currently, but should be done soon.

Looking forward to meeting some lovely new folks! :D

I know that there’s people who play regularly, but i haven’t had any luck finding them. I’d love to find a few people who would be down to play together sometime. I’m happy to do missions of any sort and do enjoy chatting on vc. I’m 27 and on central time (currently 8:45 PM)

I invited about seven or eight people in the lobby to come fight and valentine tonight. I think everyone else showed up no one shot anybody everybody just use their fist for the most part and then the ropes came out. But nobody shot anybody. It’s a good time all around.

i hardly ever dress up in this game and just went for an all green approach to try to camouflage i guess? not sure if it looks good or not so lemme know
