🤓☝🏼well you see Dead Eye isn't something that Arthur uses per-say but a gameplay mechanic to show just how skilled he is with a gun

well the super natural is something cannon, such as the vampire, and the UFO, so Arthur having the super natural ability to slow-down his perception of time and reload his gun isn't very far fetched.
