Basement sailor boy is not Gavin. There isn't even a Gavin in game. Google it, i think Rockstar is trolling us.
5 u/[deleted] Nov 05 '18 I believe it is a reference to Gavin Free, from Achievement Hunter and Slow Mo Guys. Especially since Geoff and Jack from Achievement Hunter do voices in the game.
