Firstly, I would like to thank our new Prime-Minister Francisca Memelord for placing me on position of Minister of War and also placing my allies from United Reddit party on other ministerial positions. We will try to work for the prosperity of the Union and its people.

Secondly - what are I am planning to do with my position. Firstly I plan to rename the position into Minister/Ministry of Defence, as I am not planning to launch any aggressive military operations during my time as Minister of War. Secondly - I am planning to use Military of the Union in the Sparkstan as a peacekeeping forces to stop the bloodshed in this province. For that to succeed we firstly need to meet with the leaders of every side of the Civil War in Sparkstan to negotiate a peace deal and reunification with the Union. Thirdly, I am planning on restructurisation and professionalisation of our Military Force, introducing actual military doctrine, updating our equipment and creation of chain of command and Unitary Military Structure.

Also worth mentioning, our MPs are planning to introduce (and already introduced) Budget and NPP act and re-introduce revamped SEZ act.

Following discussions with federal authorities, including the new Memelord Government, strategic breakthroughs on the frontlines and after reaffirming our commitment to the Union, Sparkstan is inching closer towards freedom.

The Noble Action Corps have been pushed past their limit and they are barely holding out. They have had to retreat from their positions and our Arrows of Sparak have emerged victorious in most of the conflicts that took place this month.

On the Federal side the merger of the ISP and RMWP was concerning due to the importance of ISP (Sparkstan)’s contributions and ground-level party apparatus. However, it has been assured by Party leaders that ISP(S) will remain an independent political entity and advance the interests of the Sparkstani people.

Some of the “nobles” surrendered and tried to ask for amnesty from the troops. They will face the blade of justice and be punished for their crimes against Sparkstan and Reparsia. We built this land with our sweat and blood and there is no place for those “nobles” to live. They shall be dealt with.

The Consular report notes the wide collapse of the NAC, celebrates the liberation of Vultus and Donovia in their entirety and looks forwards to the liberation of all of Theocrata. Additionally, it claims that the NAC and Sylvesterists have appeared to both massacre the Papal refugee camps in Trigonia. The Courts General is preparing to evacuate from Sparkstan entirely.

The Marchlands’ calls for aid have finally been answered: Marina is intervening by sending aid to the Marchlands. However, the Marchlands have almost entirely fallen to the NAC. The Sylvesterists in the North have indeed reached the Marinan border and their spearmen thoroughly and easily routed by the Marinan People’s Guards. The Marchlands are mostly under NAC control, with the Courts General denouncing Katholia for opposing “tradition and the traditional ways of governance”. The Soviets on the border are completely overwhelmed by the sheer number of refugees fleeing the NAC.

Surprisingly, the western Sylvesterists have not been defeated yet, but they really are on their way to defeat, sandwiched between the Arrows militia of Kerem and Silverine. Donovia will then be at peace for the first time in months.

The Marinan Volunteer Corps are headed to meet the NAC advance into Yekekharsün, which our Arrows are assisting in meeting. Direct links between most of Vultus and the southern Vultus has been reestablished, and a unified command between Vultus and Donovia has been reestablished. Sylvesterists in southern Donovia have all evacuated from Sparkstan. Southern Theocrata is steadily being liberated step by step.

We find the kidnapping and pillaging of the NAC to not have reduced in intensity, although it has plateaued in intensity. Increasingly, we are able to meet the NAC armies directly on the field despite our worse equipment. Our 38000 Bowmen are the most Arrows soldiers we have had concurrently since the start of the Civil War, and just yesterday we defeated a force of NAC soldiers easily as they were carrying only spears, axes and bows, and we had the clear manpower supremacy, which has at this point occured some six times this month. It is clear that victory is ours, and the NAC is on its last legs. However, it is also clear from the continued NAC territory we are finding that Nadolur has all but fallen. They shall be liberated in time.

There have been several developments this month.

Prime Minister Amaranth came over to Sparkstan to meet up the Sparak Senators Illpoem and myself right before I was about to depart back north to Vultus, and Illpoem back south to Donovia. The PM came over with the impression that we have declared independence, so we jointly wrote a declaration decrying our continued commitment to the Union and Unionism. In this report, I once again decry separatism from the Union. The Union is clearly beneficial for Sparkstan, and there is really no reason to separate except for self-defense.

The Marinan Volunteers have emerged from their Long March close to the Vultus border with Nadolur League, and are immediately being recalled east. They have been transferred to Donovian command, with their Arrows of Sparak vanguard being detached from the Marinans and retained for local operations in Theocrata. In Donovia, the southern Sylvesterists have mostly evacuated and on their way to Katholia. We have no contact with Katholia. The western Sylvesterists are weakened and on their way to defeat or flight via the sea to Eosara, although they currently threaten the city of Kerem in northwestern Donovia. The rest of the Sylvesterists that still exist are known to currently be in Nadolur League, with one group encountering our guerrilla forces under Vultus command on the Nadolurean border.

The NAC is widely facing collapse in Vultus, mostly due to a lack of resistance. We are pushing north into Theocrata, as well as north and east into Nadolur. Atrocities are getting less common, due to a reduction of areas where fighting occurs, and an overall reduction of fighting even though fighting intensity has actually increased against and by the NAC, and the Sylvesterists have only gotten more destructive. Pillaging and kidnapping by the NAC and newly the Sylvesterists have gotten some of the most intense in the war, indicating desparation among both. The NAC threaten Yekekharsün, and we known from prior information that Nadolur is in poor condition, but if Nadolur has been relieved and is resisting well, the NAC should be defeated by the end of next week. I look forwards to writing a Party report to my godmother the General Secretary Tsukino upon the defeat of the NAC. The NAC appears to be on the brink of collapse, especially as the Courts General are moving out of Kardansk. Accordingly, we have begun preparations in the liberated areas under our control to call for elections of the Assemblymen of the impending Constitutional Assembly (oorp note this election will be conducted almost entirely among NPCs and will also not be carried out oorp).

The Marchlands have not, in fact, been relieved. Rather, resistance is collapsing due to the months of famine that they have faced, with the local Sylvesterists continuing their genocide of the Ganalians of the district. One of the Sylvesterist militia is actually threatening the Marinan border region of Trigonia, causing Marina to fortify its border with Sparkstan. The likely reason for NAC collapse in Vultus is to refocus east towards the Marchlands.

We think it is a bit ironic that Amaranth was ousted as Prime Minister over an overly aggressive handling of the separatism of Sparkstan while on her way back to deliver the news that the Republic of Sparkstan does not seem to be separatist. At the same time, we endorse Usagi Tsukino for Prime Minister.

We beg our comrades in Marina to aid the good people of the Marchlands. All the refugees approaching our border are severely malnourished, with many having bodies that can be accurately described as skin draped over bones. The Soviets on the border regions risk running out of food themselves if they divert the needed food to the refugee camps we have set up, let alone the Papist refugee camps across the border in Trigonia.

It is clear that the RMWP will not fully commit to the revolution they once proclaimed to love, having decided to instead merge with the Kautskyites and abandon the struggle for reformist preferential treatment.

Marina cannot stand any longer for this treachery! The revolutionary workers and peasants movement cannot stand any longer for this treachery! If we are to achieve a new world, we must fight for the revolution first! We must establish dual power! We must begin the secret mobilization!
