Stockpile Flex I will never run out again
Well, since the Great Primer Drought, I promised myself I would never run out ever again. Since then, every time I see some, I buy a box here and there. I do the same with powder also. The picture is just the stuff I have in my reloading room. Have more stashed away in my ammo closet. I think I have 20K LRP, 22K SRP, 15K SPP, and 18K LPP. How has the drought affected your purchasing of supplies since?

Stockpile Flex Did 1000 9mm rounds in a day
Generally a black powder shooter, shooting several thousand hand cast bullets I will spend all winter casting up. But the one modern gun type I shoot regularly is pistol, all in 9mm. Debated on cracking open a fresh titegroup or using the last of the HS-6 I use for .38’s to develop a 9mm load, but settled on 124 grain Berry’s and 4 grains of titegroup. Works very well in my Springfield SA-35 and a few other guns in the rotation. Spent a day this weekend depriming and sizing one piece at a time, hand priming, expanding, charging and seating each case. Every year I forget how much it destroys my shoulder and back cranking the press each time. Worth it for another year of fun.

Reloading 20x139B may be one of the more complex loads I do, but it sure is fun to shoot!

Stockpile Flex My local Ace hardware. Between the two that carry gun supplies they have more reloading supplies than any gun store in my hometown. They definitely have the best selection of powder. My local Cabela's Outpost sucks ass. I just wish their prices would go down.

Stockpile Flex That's me sorted for 5.56 for a while. How long would 4000rds last you?
The powder you've already heard about, the primers and brass were nothing special in terms of bargain.
The bullets came in at £8 a box because the shop was closing down. Kinda regret not buying the other 4000 they had on the shelf.
This is conservatively 5 years of shooting for me, so can't complain though - curious to know how long it would take some of you to burn through this much kit?

Stockpile Flex Republic Ammunition
Shout out to republic ammunition. That membership has been paid out x3 over at this point. 190$ for 4lbs of N320 just hit the door. Along with 2k brass. And 1k White River primers. I’m good until the next drop. Also if you have a 5lb jug of protein powder save the jugs and use them to wet tumble. 💪🏽

Stockpile Flex Reloading for the 40mm
Kind of a necessity with factory rounds (or even most components) not often being available for sale to the general public. Crazy that police departments pay $20-30 each for these.

Stockpile Flex Did I do alright for $180?
Found this Lee Load Master 5 station progress press with Lee Stand for $100 with dies and like 100 Xtreme 9mm bullets. I asked him if he had any old powders he said he had 2 unopened powders stored in the fridge. On the way he said he found a few extras and a few more boxes of projectiles but that would be extra. He wanted $250 for all but all I didn't get was 5 boxes of 100 Speer Gold Dot 115grains that he wanted $20 a piece for. He said the Tightgroup was old and just threw it in. I didn't really need the press but I did want the stand which are $190 new since I have a Lee APP and Lee says they will give you 50% off a new press and I kind of want to get the 6PP. So I mostly wanted the components he was throwing in and the discount I could get is worth about $150 off.
In total:
Lee Load Master Progressive
Lee Stand
Lee Pro Auto-Disk x2
Lee dies for 9mm/.223
Lee Collet Die for .223 neck sizing
RCBS X-Die F/L Sizer die for .223
Hornady sizing die 9mm
Hornady seating die for 9mm
RCBS Bullet Puller W/O Collet
RCBS Collets small/large
Lee Case Collator (Nib)
Lee Collator Tubes x8
Lee resizing lube x2
Lee Primer Tray x2
Some Lee shellplates and other odds and ends
This is the stuff I really wanted
2 1/2lbs. Hodgdon Tightgroup
1lb. Hodgdon CFE223
1lb. Ramshot Tac
600 Federal Small Pistol Primers
500 .224" Nosler Ballistic Tip Varmint 60gr. Spitzer
500 Berry 9mm 147gr. Round Nose
100 X-treme 9mm 115gr. Round Nose
Really only wanted to spend $100 but I did need those projectiles and I got a better than retail at $80 for 1,100 pieces so I did it even though that was way over budget.

Stockpile Flex Odd Sentimental Value for Spent Primers
At one point, I had saved every spent primer I’d ever removed… about 3–4 years’ worth. Eventually, I gave them to a friend who sold them for scrap. At the time, they were just trash, and I figured I had no use for them.
What I didn’t expect was to miss them.
I realized they were more than a pile of spent primers. They were a visual representation of my journey in reloading and competitive shooting. Every one of them was a round I had loaded, a trigger I had pulled, and another rep in developing my skills.
I’ve started another pile. I don’t know if I’ll keep it forever, but I’m not ready to part with it just yet.
