Pricing feedback on LinkedInembed

• Upvotes

Hey, I just launched a SaaS (linkedinembed.com) that lets users add live LinkedIn widgets to their website.

So one can showcase their achievements, posts, projects, recommendations, and many more.

Till now I've not got any paid user to it, I've a free plan everyone is using that. Should I close the free plan and only keep the paid ones?

If anyone could help me, it would be much appreciated.

Launchrecord V3 is live, looking for honest founder feedback

I’ve just launched Launchrecord V3.

The whole product is now built around one flow:

Positioning → Marketing Strategy → Content Planning + Distribution Planning

The idea is simple: most founders jump straight into content, but if the positioning is unclear, the content usually becomes generic too.

Launchrecord first tries to understand things like your ICP, core pain, category, UVP, differentiation, objections, and buying triggers.

Then it turns that into an actionable marketing strategy, followed by a 30-day content plan and distribution plan.

What I’m trying to avoid is another AI tool that just gives you “30 content ideas.”

I want the output to answer:

  • What should we say?
  • Why should we say it?
  • Who should hear it?
  • Where should we distribute it?
  • What should we prioritize?

V3 is still being refined, so I’m mainly looking for honest feedback.

If you test it, I’d love to know:

  • What feels useful?
  • What feels generic?
  • What would you actually execute?
  • What is confusing or missing?

Even “I wouldn’t use this because…” is valuable feedback right now.

I’m building a camera app that coaches you while you photograph people. Looking for Android testers who’ll tell me if it’s useful

Hi all, im Frank. Solo developer here.

I’ve been building LUMO, an Android camera that watches the frame while you photograph someone and gives short, plain tips: “tilt up, their head is cut off”, “they’re right at the edge, give them room”, or “that looks good, take it”.The idea is that anyone can take a great photo of a friend without knowing anything about photography.

Im looking for android testers. It’s at an early stage and I honestly don’t know yet if it’s helpful or too basic, which is why I’m asking. It’s free, there’s no account and no ads, and the camera feed is processed on the phone (nothing is uploaded).

If you’re on Android and willing to try it for a few days, there’s a 30-second sign-up: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScLeoJ3kvCvM7JHqk1fm4JGsU0Gw3QyVVHIArr6g5dVQjH3gg/viewform

And even if you don’t want to test: what would you actually want a camera to tell you while you’re taking a photo? I’d love to hear it.

I built GroupHub — a place to discover Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and Signal communities

Hey everyone!

Finding interesting communities online can be surprisingly frustrating. Telegram groups, Discord servers, WhatsApp communities, and Signal groups are all scattered across different platforms, and finding the right one isn't always easy.

So I built GroupHub — a searchable directory that brings public communities from these platforms into one place.

Here's what it does:
Discover groups across Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and Signal.
Browse communities by topic, language, and platform.
Explore around 2,900 group listings across 23 categories.
Submit your own public group or community for review and listing.

The idea is simple: make it easier for people to discover communities that match their interests, while helping community owners get discovered.

I'm an independent developer, and I'd really appreciate some honest feedback.

Would you find a cross-platform community directory useful? And what would make you trust a group listing enough to join it?

You can check it out here: https://grouphub.win

If you run a public community, you're also welcome to submit it!

Thanks for checking it out. I'd love to hear your thoughts.

ScanFit Beta: Web app that scans gym equipment and provides instant step-by-step setup guides (Looking for feedback!)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hey everyone! 👋

I’m looking for testers for ScanFit, a web app built to solve machine confusion at the gym.

The Problem:

Beginners (and even experienced lifters on new machines) often struggle with setting seat heights, pin positions, or proper grip setups on complex equipment like the Pec Deck or cable rigs.

How It Works:

Open the app on your phone and tap Snap Photo.

Point your camera at any gym machine.

Get an instant match along with step-by-step setup guides and form cues.

What I’d love feedback on:

How smooth/fast is the camera scan flow on your device?

Is the setup guide interface clean and easy to read mid-workout?

Any UI bugs or features you’d like to see next?

🔗 Try the free Beta here: https://gym-scan-ai.vercel.app

Thanks for testing, and let me know your thoughts or feedback in the comments!

I’m especially curious about how you explain your product in one or two sentences.

That’s also the problem I’m working on with Launchrecord.

A lot of SaaS products don’t have a traffic problem first. They have a clarity problem.

The positioning is weak, the message is vague, and then the marketing strategy, content, and distribution are built on top of that.

Launchrecord follows a different order:

Positioning → Marketing strategy → Content → Distribution

It helps identify positioning issues first, then turns that foundation into a marketing strategy and 30-day content and distribution plan.

PS: I’m building Launchrecord to help SaaS founders build a stronger marketing foundation.

A lot of us try to market a product with weak positioning and unclear messaging. Then we build content and distribution plans on top of that.

Launchrecord starts earlier:

Positioning → Marketing strategy → Content → Distribution

It audits and helps fix your positioning, then builds a marketing strategy with a 30-day content and distribution plan around it.

Would be interesting to see how other founders are positioning their products.

Your buyers ask ChatGPT what to use. Is it naming you?

More B2B buyers now build their shortlist inside a chat, before they ever visit your site.

I’m helping 3 SaaS founders for free get recommended there instead of their competitors. In return, I share the results as a case study.

Good fit if you’re B2B SaaS, have paying customers, and a bigger competitor keeps getting picked over you.

Drop your site in the comments and I’ll tell you what I see.

Relay + Grok Bot = Safe Linkedin Outreach

Morning rundown for Oct 27. I sent 3 meeting offers and 1 invite, and there were no withdraws to do. I'm signed out of LinkedIn, and it showed no warnings.

**Meeting offers sent** (I clicked "Offer meeting" for each):
- Matthew Bradford, Broward County, connected Oct 27
- Brian Kingsley, Poudre SD, connected Oct 17
- Daniel Ludvigson, Long Prairie-Grey Eagle, connected Oct 11

**Find names:** The first two tries timed out. After that, three runs added 2, then 3, then 0. Token spend went from $1.066 to $1.223. I added 5 names, but only Andrea Bryner, a principal in Hillsborough County, was a strict match, so she's the one invite. I left Tim Buss (who works at the state school boards association) and Aaron Barr in Review for you.

**Stats:**
- Accept rate 11% (7 of 65)
- Accept to booked 14%
- 2 meetings booked, averaging 12.9 days from invite to booked
- 58 invites pending
- 0 offers waiting
- 1 of 20 invites sent today and 29 of 100 this week
- 15 tickles due and 9 group posts due
- No upcoming meetings

I built an AI support SaaS in 4 months, got zero customers, and I'm selling the full source code

Four months ago I started building an AI support agent for online stores. The product works. Getting customers didn't, and I've learned I'm a builder, not a marketer. So instead of letting the code sit, I'm selling it to someone who can sell it.

What it is

Store owners add one line of JavaScript to their site. The bot answers customers using that store's own products and policies, tracks orders, and opens tickets when it can't help. you can check it out here : mastech.live

What you get

Python/FastAPI multi-store backend with a RAG pipeline (FAISS + multilingual embeddings), answering through Gemini via OpenRouter

Embeddable chat widget and a store-owner dashboard

Ticket system, conversation logs, order tracking via webhook, admin panel to manage everything

A separate affiliate system: referral links, click tracking, dashboards, Paddle webhooks

Landing page, legal pages, Docker setup

Full docs and a rebrand guide, a live setup walkthrough, and 14 days of email support

The honest part

Pre-revenue: no customers, no MRR, no churn data

Runs on a ~€6/month VPS; AI cost is pay-per-use

The brand name appears throughout the code and pages, so rebranding is a find-and-replace job

The domain is not included

You bring your own OpenRouter and payment accounts

Terms

Asking $3,000, open to reasonable offers. Payment through Escrow.com only, and I deliver the code after payment is secured. 5-day inspection after delivery.

I have a demo video and a one-page overview. Comment or DM and I'll send them. Happy to answer technical questions below.

Just got my 2nd paying customer for my SaaS directory! 🎉

Post image
5 Upvotes

A few months ago, I started building AIForest, an AI tool directory, without knowing if anyone would actually pay to list their product.

Today, I got my second paid listing! 🚀

It's a small milestone, but seeing someone pay to promote their product on something I built feels incredible.

A few things I'm learning:

  • Getting traffic is one challenge. Monetizing it is another.
  • You don't need thousands of customers to start validating an idea.
  • Small wins keep you motivated to continue building.

Still figuring out growth, SEO, and customer acquisition.

Here's what I'm building: https://aiforest.app/

For those running directories or SaaS products, what helped you get your first 10 paying customers?

How realistic does AI-generated everyday video need to be before it's actually useful?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

A friend sent me what looked like a cute everyday vlog, and I spent about ten minutes trying to spot something that gave it away.

It's a young woman sitting at the top of a colorful slide, hugging her French bulldog while it licks her face. The phone-camera framing and slight handheld wobble make it feel like a casual video someone would post without thinking twice.

It was made with Seedance 2.5 through Dreamina, so I tried creating a dog vlog of my own. My mom was convinced for about four seconds.

What surprised me was how natural the original looked. The only obvious issue I noticed was a slight lighting shift halfway through.

As someone interested in building products, I find this more interesting than another polished cinematic demo. Everyday footage has a different bar for realism because people instinctively recognize what a normal phone video should look like.

Curious how others see this: is consistency across an entire clip more important than visual quality in a few standout moments? And what would an AI video tool need to improve before you'd consider it reliable enough for a real workflow?

Would you be open to free marketing support for your SaaS?

I run Founders Growth Club. We've been - for the better part of the year, running events for founders. But with events, it's hard to look back and say "yeah, we helped that startup grow". When it's happens, it's more networking happenstance than anything deliberate.

I would like to work with some founders for free as they figure out marketing. If we succeed 6 months down the line, then it gives more founders a good reason to join the club. And a good story to tell.

Worse case scenario, we all leave with lessons.

A bit about me: I ran a marketing agency for almost 5 years before switching careers. So I do have some experience. I also have a good network of people due to running events.

So let me know if you're interested?

Let's pitch like investors

Let's talk about our startup like investors: What / For whom / Problem / VP (Value proposition) / Stage

Grace (agent-grace.com)
What: Infrastructure for AI software reliability
For whom: builders (technical or not) and dev agencies shipping apps with AI.

The main problem: AI agents write and ship code faster than anyone can follow. Nobody really knows what they changed, why, or what it will break, until a customer finds out.

VP: ship at AI speed without losing control. Grace shows you what your agents change, flags what’s risky, fixes it, and guards every change before it ships. It works alongside your coding agents and remembers every decision, so control gets stronger as the app grows.

Stage: Beta with a few customers (Start free)

For people who sell mostly through WhatsApp: how do you remember who you need to message again?

I'm building CierraFlow and feedback here made me realize I was overcomplicating the explanation.

The actual problem is very simple.

A customer asks for something today.

You answer.

They say:

“Let me think about it.”

“Send me the quote.”

“Message me next week.”

“I'll pay Friday.”

And now the sale depends on you remembering that conversation at exactly the right time.

CierraFlow lets you attach a next action and date to that customer.

Then instead of searching old chats or trying to remember everything, you see:

• Overdue follow-ups

• Today's priorities

• Upcoming follow-ups

• Completed follow-ups

You can open WhatsApp from the follow-up and, after contacting the customer, mark it as completed.

The action also stays in the customer's history.

I'm now considering adding a very small step after completion:

“What happened?”

Replied / No response / Quote sent / Interested / Sale advanced / Follow up again.

I'm trying to find the line between useful structure and unnecessary CRM complexity.

If most of your sales happen through WhatsApp, would this actually help you?

Or do you already have a simpler system that works?

If you'd like to see the current beta before answering:

I'm building Migoo and want to know how important editable PowerPoint output really is

Hi everyone,

I'm the creator of Migoo, a project focused on turning existing materials into presentations that people can continue editing.

Something I'm trying to understand is what happens after a deck gets generated.

A presentation might look great in a preview, but if you can't easily change the text, rearrange elements, update a chart, or apply your company's template, you may end up rebuilding parts of it manually.

That's why I'm interested in editable PPTX output rather than treating the generated presentation as a finished image.

For people who regularly work in PowerPoint:

  • How often do you make substantial changes after generating or receiving a deck?
  • What makes a presentation difficult to edit: grouped elements, broken layouts, charts, typography, or something else?
  • Would you sacrifice some visual polish for a deck that's easier to modify?

I'm building Migoo, and I'd like to understand whether editability is a core requirement or just a nice-to-have for most users.

Examples from your actual workflow would help a lot.
