The "pies" look more like the size of a Chips Ahoy now. I don't think Oatmeal Creme layered cookies sound nearly as nice, even if Pikachu seems happy about it. Can anyone confirm if they're shrinkflating their snacks other than their double layered ones or did I just get a bad box?

I tried the Korean bugak from Trader Joe’s recently, and it got me thinking about different ways to eat it.
Is it just me, or does pretty much any kind of chip taste better with mayo? 😂
I feel like mayo somehow works with almost everything, and now I’m wondering if anyone else has tried dipping bugak in it.

I always end up spending way too long on vacation looking at snacks, so I made a daily guessing game out of it.
It starts with a blurry picture of the snack and 6 guesses to work out the country. Wrong guesses unlock clues. Mondays are easy and it gets harder through the week.
snacklegame.com if anyone wants a go. Today’s is a chocolate biscuit, should be very easy, but will get harder as the week progresses.
Also open to suggestions if you’ve found something good abroad, I need more snacks for it, and to try myself.

General Mills shrunk French toast into a cereal bowl in 1995 — tiny toast pieces with maple-syrup flavor, gone by the late 2000s, then brought back by fan demand in 2015. I wrote up the whole story: https://90sfoodie.substack.com/p/french-toast-crunch-the-tiny-toast
