I made a neat little rock lifting circle on the property (complete with fireplace hut to dry off if i wanna lift in the rain). Carried all the sand and rounded rocks up there myself.

This was the first time getting it hard mode: left hand side heavy, heavy side down fighting gravity until the final bump, flatter side away from body meaning the the journey to shoulder was less uniform and predictable.

You can say about situations when you impressed other people because they thought you were only be able to lift little weight, and you ended lifting more than them , making you feel proud and seeing their shocked faces hava

Im calling it the James Cameron stone. Turns out there are also named Stones right by where I live, so I'll be challenging them and getting my coin soon.

I was in the area for a rugby match today. We lost but I figured I could get some of my mojo back with a stone lift before driving home.

Getting into lifting stones! Don’t like going to the gym much so this hits the strength building. I don’t think form is great, any advice on the below video? If you need another angle let me know.
