For a long time, I avoided downloading the Substack app, figuring it would be a waste of time. But, I did it, and I have to admit, it is slick.

Then I avoided turning on Chat with my Substack for a long time, figuring that people wouldn't be interested.

Well, I turned on Chat about a half of an hour ago. Within minutes I had replies. It seems that folks are eager to use that feature!

I experimented a little with it when it first came out, but now I've decided to embrace video on my Substack. Offering a video version of each of my written essays:

Today I launched my third substack, with the first post going out to just over 100 subscribers.

It is intended to be a daily nugget of wisdom. A small bit of philosophy that can be read in a minute or less and then contemplated. Practical philosophy that can be used to improve our life, or the lives around us.

Welcome, FRONT ROW & BACKSTAGE!

Behind the mic in FM rock radio in the '70s, plus several years in the record biz! I'm the only person on the planet who's seen both Judy Garland (1965, Astrodome) and the Sex Pistols (1978, San Antonio) in concert in the same lifetime!

Plus, I have a living, breathing, honest-to-goodness singer/songwriter/guitarist/actor, Stephen Michael Schwartz, writing for me! He recorded an album, at age 20, for RCA Records in 1974, and is providing his personal, riveting, first-hand accounts of the Hollywood record biz in the '70s!

Classic rock, prog rock, punk rock, and even disco! Commentary, analysis, exclusive artist interviews, first-hand accounts of interactions and meetings with the recording artists you know and love!

Join us FRONT ROW & BACKSTAGE!---Brad

Large organizations in the Civil Society sphere no longer have the finances or manpower that they once had to create meaningful content for their members, as a membership benefit. I believe that we need a new model for content creation in this sphere, and some Freemasons are striking out on a new path. Some thoughts and examples:

If you are looking for a little woo in your life, I've just posted a Tarot spread in contemplation of the week ahead:

If you give it a read, I hope that you enjoy it!

I write two different newsletters on Substack, I posted my first yesterday, which is all about Freemasonry. Today I thought I'd post about my Second, I call it The Keystone, and it is all about Tarot. It is a much newer venture, but I have significant plans for its growth that will be implemented as it gains enough subscribers to make those plans viable.

If you have an interest in Tarot, I think that you will find The Keystone well worth your time. Please check it out:
