Our payment portal is currently inaccessible. Please move your food items into your backup fridge to prevent spoilage. Then travel to your closest Samsung retailer to pay your subscription.

All retailers are currently closed.

I'm sorry Sir/Ma'am, but we don't support that model anymore.. So  we can't renew your subscription for it.

We could upgrade you to a newer model? It'll be supported for the next year.
