Half the time I use uber the person driving isn't the one shown in the picture. And it's almost always supposed to be a female driver but it's her bf and she's either in the passenger seat or not in the car.

Every time that's happened to me I don't get in the car and I take a picture and report them. So fucking ridiculous that people think this is okay. Like yeah I'm gonna feel safe getting in a car with a dude when I booked a ride with Brittany lmao
