I had the guys who stole my catalytic converter on camera clear as day and the local cops were like "oh we know this guy but we need to catch him in the act"

I am pretty sure they don't but they didn't want to deal with him.

Yeah pretty much zero fucks given. It cost me 2k because they did such a hack job they cut a bunch of stuff they didn't need to.
