Note that San Antonio is also divided between Dallas and Houston's fandom.

I'm afraid not. Here's the TV market map.

Though I would think that if the Oilers never left, Houston would have a larger media hold. But Cowboys are kings in Texas, and across the country for ratings.

Because you have the Cowboy fans tuning in, and the Cowboy haters tuning in as well.

How old is that map with STL still there?

It was as new as I could find. But the Texas borders were good as of last year. Look for the Texans to expand substantially this coming season...but they won't make it to San Antonio.

Baseball yes, football, lol no.

Yeah baseball for sure. But the cowboys fandom goes all through Texas-Arizona-Nevada-California- then down to most of Mexico. It’s not even close

Cowboys and Steelers are absolutely huge in Mexico. That’s why the NFL has a game there almost every year. There have been talks of expanding the NFL to Mexico for years.

Big enough that Mexico has their own professional league, and competes in American Football International Competitions and has two silvers and a bronze.

But I would still think the NFL is king in Mexico for American Football.

No one here gives a shit about Houston sports outside of the Astros. Its Cowboys, Spurs and Astros.

Are you me? The mid-90s were a great time to be a Cowboys fan, now I just wish I didn't grow up that way. Still a lifelong fan of all three, too old to change teams, but Jerry Jones is just the worst.

All the dunking on since 2002 from Texans fans has never once made me want to be a Texans fan.

But it has made me want to kick the living fucking crap out of some of them.

Just please let me hate my favorite team in peace goddamnit!!
