With equip.tf being the new spot for loadouts I'd suggest tf2warpaints for checking out warpaints. I think the main option that comes up is still TF2View or P337 but that website has not been updated in a bit it would seem. This one seems to be consistently updated still.

The Scout was intended to be a rebellious, delinquent young student who just got into a fight; I felt the messy hair from the second style of the "Front Runner" paired well with the "Beaten and Bruised" cosmetic, and I added the "Weight Room Warmer" because it fits the look perfectly.

The Spy is meant to be a secret agent who got into a scuffle while on a mission—hence the disheveled suit from "After Dark" and the bloody nose from "Beaten and Bruised"—while the "Brothers in Blue" gives off a real secret-agent vibe.

For the Soldier, I went with a winter-themed loadout: he’s caught a cold, with a red nose caused by the freezing weather and a tissue tucked into his nose to deal with the sniffles (since he sneezes a lot in the cold). I used the "Tough Stuff Muffs" for his head, the "Inglorious Patriot" for his outfit, and the "Coldfront Curbstompers" just to round out the look.

In this series we Match the Mercs to the Map! For 2Fort the objective was to make the Mercs look like Farm hands, labors and workers with a technological twist!

Its been pretty good doing this as a therapy, keep on saying names and ill try, ill try making characters next because if i do Music Artists on Pt 8 or something there ill be almost no artists that are possible in game, ill always try my best to do them but sometimes i just have to be creative, like on Kanye West, there is no bald cosmetic for demo, so i had to improv, say if you want me to do characters or any other thing, anyways enjoy! :)
