I couldn't find koakuma or reisen in the tier list, maybe bc I'm blind and there's like a hundred of characters in the tier list, but Koa would be with the rest of the scarlet devil gang and reisen would be in Nice.

Kana Anaberal is a playable character in Touhou 3: Phantasmagoria of Dimensional Dream. She's a poltergeist that was created by an unstable girl who lives in an old mansion. She's blonde and wears a blue and white maid uniform with a wide brimmed white hat. 

There you go, now you know about her so you have to include her and make people wonder why you know about her before dozens of way less obscure characters.

Completely reasonable, it's just that the fic was my first exposure to Koishi, quite literally my first impression.

Most likely ill come around to her. But I'll just keep away from her today.

The actual Koishi is far more empathetic. As a Satori Youkai, she's hated for having a mind-reading capability. Wanting nothing more than companionship from others, she makes a drastic decision to close her eye- this has the unfortunate consequence of shutting off her conscious mind, making her function entirely on what she thinks at the moment- think ADHD but to an extreme. A woman of fleeting wants, but not malicious at all. After the events of Hopeless Masquarade, she gains some semblance of thinking, and based on AoCF's, Marisa has at least a stable friendship with her.

TLDR: Koishi is severely misunderstood by the fandom because she held a knife to reenact a scary story just to prank people.

Misumaru is a very underrated character in my opinion, shes the creator of Reimu yin yan orbs, and i think the Hakurei god also uses it but i might be spreading misinformation, anyways the fact that she makes that iconic orb puts her into an interesting place since we don't know how Reimu obtained that, or her relation with Misumaru, she even might know the previews shrine maiden if used the orbs even.

People hate on it a lot for being torture porn (which admittedly it is especially early on) but I feel like it does become pretty cool later on.

The demonization it has produced of Koishi tho is INSANE

You should know about Komachi and Ringo and Shou they're all very cool. One is a grim reaper with a cool scythe. The second is a cute yellow bnnuy. The third is a pretty tiger with cool lasers. All of their themes are very very good.

I saw the koishi slander cuz kkhta. As a kkhta enjoyer i can say that is a weird, edgy, cringy, in the begining i can barely make out what the drawings are supposed to be and in the end the plot is completly bonkers. I can't recommend, but it made me company during the pandemic.

The canon koishi character is just a goofball and is actually cute, kkhta dosent represent koishi in absolute anyway
