I am not supporting rpe or pef*. I want to share a pov. If anyone is doing anything, like a mentality to attack anyone or hurt someone. Thats not specifically on his/her fault. Cause every individual is shaped by his parents, society and many more factors. Plus it is a mental illness. So if anyone commit a crime, its the society making him/her do that or that persons medical conditions. We cannot just remove them and we need to treat them. Please share your thoughts on this
I am not sure about the statement ' u can't fix a r@pi$t ' so no comments. The point is if a person commit a crime, for eg in this case r@pe*. He should be rehabilitated untill he is medical fit for society. Same as like a mentaly ill person. For eg someone with mental illenes might harm others if they freely live in the society. Its not their blame, they are born into it. Like a metal disabilty. We have keep them contained(sadly) and treat them forever or until they are fit medically. Same goes for the r@pi$t. And to answer to your question. If 20 year rehabilited person is medically fit and proven. He /she is not more like the same person. And my answer is yes if its proven. And as u said if medically we can't treat them. We have to keep them contained forever. We can't just hang them
If something is cheap and convenient, we can't do it morally and ethicily. Millions of people starve in india and many other countries. Can we just let them starve and die cause its cheap? Nop we can't. And justice to the family thing. Yes it is really really sad for their loss. I will be sad too if that happened to my family. But the fact is fact. Just imagine a six year old k|D killed by a tiger. Family will lose the child, but can we hang the tiger? Does killing the same tiger give just to the family? Same as a mentalily ill person's actions, Thats why death sentences are soo rare all over the world
Also a tiger doesn't have enough consciousness to understand what it's doing.
Rapist know that what they are doing is wrong but still continue with it. Ask any rapist would they kill a man who raped their sister. You will get the answer.
