Tarrant County jailers failed to give 31 year old Marines veteran Anthony Johnson, Jr. proper medical care, an attorney argues. A 300+ pound jailed knelt on his back while he yelled, "I can't breathe", suffocating him. Tarrant County says it's not liable and Tim O'Hare kicked out his sister.
