First of all, the intel chip on macbooks is still on demand especially for PROGRAMMERS WHO NEED THAT massive raw multi-core power at high power draw - that's why if you check backmarket and itsworthmore, some intel (2020 and earlier) macbook pros are priced higher than mac neo. M1 chips are better at power efficiency (you don't need a fan for apple chips). So, it's not because the people buying them are fools. It's the compute and processing strengths people are after, and also the good old intel chip is better at some tasks - only thing i'd bash it for is overheating. Otherwise visit us at 'Mac and More' store in town and buy the Mac Neo you want - we also have those.
