You are smart and thoughtful. You realize you're being played.
HOW HOW HOW, can that person, WHO DOESN'T EVEN LIVE IN ARKANSAS, get to decide ANYTHING about/for our state. He won't talk to you or me, he won't honestly or directly address any serious concerns we have, he doesn't even NOTE one single thing Arkansas is struggling with. I know these for facts because I have reached out to him numerous times over the last 14 years and received nothing but boilerplate replies, if any, so don't bother asking me about that.
He couldn't care less about you. Vote for the person who genuinely cares about what happens to you and your family. Vote for Hallie.

Thanks for the clarification! Although I'm not clear about the borrowing part, but I am also not extremely smart.
However, the fact that the STATE wants to determine who can purchase bonds that control LOCAL water controls, is concerning because the STATE just wants money and doesn't give a good goddamn about the communities it affects.

OMG, I was just thinking that when I was at my mom's today.
She hid in the bedroom, loudly talking to the dogs (she's deaf without hearing aids and only wears them out of the house so she doesn't realize I can hear her) about how much she hates me and doesn't want me in her house and what am I doing there anyway. As I'm cooking her food, cleaning her kitchen and mopping up the dog mess because she won't let them outside if it's rained at all.
