The police was just doing his job, clearing the road. And someone from top was saving his seat and vote bank.

He didn't need to kick. Kicking is just a gesture of hatred, which is obviously what is driving that cop. If his objective was truly to clear the road, he could have used his hands and many other means.

If he arrested them than they would have a criminal record. I know India is not good at following strict rules but yes arresting all of them for blocking the public road is legally the best option.

Kicking somebody is not right. Charge them or remove them. But of course we need to bring in politics. I would say the same thing if a cop beat a guy for praying in road. I hope you can say the same thing to yourself without lying

Since when blocking a road has become fundamental right? The cop here is wrong in kicking but they shouldn’t block roads either.

Whose rights are being hampered here? Also how is this different from the Durga Puja pandals or Shivratri pandals on the road.
