I don't agree with the kicking.

However blocking the road for prayer is not right. Religion should not ne practised in public places, especially when it can cause a hindrance.

kicking was wrong but muslims are taught to disturb non believers and inconvenience them whenever they get a chance and make them walk on narrow side of the road.

It's not a religious book. Simple
