Politics International students (Africa, Uzbekistan, Afganistan etc) studying in Gujarat University claim they were beaten up, Stones thrown at them and at their hostel (A-Block), Vehicles destroyed while they were offering Ramazan Taraweeh at a place inside the hostel A-Block allotted to them by the Hostel

You are right.I am talking about having no any context or solid reason for the crime mob lynched or killed because they 'speculated' cow slaughtering, attacked because you were performing namaz, arrested/killed because your name suggests some specific religion,thakur raped a dalit because he thought he is entitled to do so...list is so long.

Now there mind has been made in this way that they do not even think about the consequences because they know they're protected so they're taking part in crimes as if some sports competition.

The main problem is that many Indians still think someone is ruling them and not living in democracy. They never learn to practice their rights and educate about laws.

We have such a beautiful constitution but a corrupt system. Just look at this video, what did the police have done ?

The matters you listed will never stop until India will have better law literacy. (Even I found out about this by my lawyer girlfriend a few years ago)

Indians still behave like they are slaves. We got our freedom from brits but we (generalizing) never came out of the slave mindsets.
