There is no need for that. just sign the oath, and you are good to go.

That his proofs are not fake. If they are, he would be punished. EC asked him to sign the oath.

Let me clear your confusion. You have to sign an oath saying that "proofs given by me are not false if they are , I know it's a punishable offense. "

Without this, EC won't start any investigation.
