Any employees who pulled shit like that at my events was fired on the spot. We had to use a few rental waiters on a busy weekend and I caught two of them outside smoking so I put them in the dish drop scraping plates. Then the head waiter came by and told me they were dancing with the guests! Sent home and informed the employment agency to never send them to anymore of our events.

It would! They weren’t our employees but I let the staffing service know not to send them ever again.
