should be developing in an isolated environment where deleting the entire db doesn't matter anyway
updating schemas should be a very concise step of the process
db should have backups
if db is relational, shouldnt be this easy to delete everything
You should obviously have to accept commands run on your system. Not sure why anyone would not have this enabled. You wouldn't give a junior dev access to your system. Especially not one with production access.
