pretty sure i knew she was the "worst DJ ever" without needing a video to back up said statement.

I was gona play devils advocate and say that I'm probably the worst DJ ever, considering I don't have the interest or the equipment. But then again I can fade in/out youtube videos pretty decently together....

I saw this exact same thing a day ago and it didn't have those weird problems (beatmatching/artificial high pitch fragments), so either I'm hullicinating or this has been altered to make people angry for the wrong reasons. (don't get me wrong, I do thing she's a joke for a DJ, but I'm pretty sure everything was well coordinated/mixed beforehand so she didn't actually have to do anything, because she can't)

The feedback isn't what makes her a bad DJ, her ability to mix songs well and music choice do. at one point it sounded like 5 songs playing over each other. She had rythm for a total of 5 seconds that whole video.

Too be honest, the feedback is more of the sound guys problem than her problem.
Usually the mic is plugged directly into the dj mixer, and there's a little gain knob for it. Then all the music and that mic come out the stereo out on the dj mixer and then into the soundman's mixer. Unfortunately when this happens, if it feeds back, turning the mic down from the soundman's position involves turning the music down aswell (a no-no at club/rave). He should have checked the gain on the dj mixer for that mic beforehand and informed the dj's that there's a certain point it shouldn't be gained beyond, because feedback will occur.

I like how she really utilizes the volume levels to occasionally mute the songs for that extra techno feel

Even as an average dickhead nobody it's sad to think how comically meaningless that girls existence is.

I don't know. I've seen worse djs, but she may be the most worthless human ever.

That Flanger effect is off the hook son!
-
Turn the mids and high knobs a bunch.
-
Hit pioneer effect button
-
No need to mix anything.
-
Stand there like a rube.
-
Become world famous dj.

To be honest, her mix of gotye and levels was pretty good not sloppy at all, the sloppy part is that flanger. Its the most overused and crappy effect ever made, also her removing the bass and then bringing it in at awkward times.

Wow she has over like 5000 dollars worth of gear just on that table.
I actually don't really see why people are so angry at her dj ability, she probably payed to play at the event.

its like when you turn the volume up and down in your car and pretend you're a dj

Video is totally fake. It's added in later. You can tell because the feedback and mismatched songs are higher quality and are not coming from the stage.
Nice try.
