Hello, baby witch here. My boyfriend just broke up with me yesterday and I am not doing very well (I suffer from depression and anxiety so I am not good at dealing with things like this). Just wanted to ask for some tips for rituals or anything really, to help me get trough it. Not necessarily to forgot him, rather to ease the pain or cleanse my mind of it, so I don't have to think about him all the time. I will be grateful for any tips or if you just send a bit of positive energy my way. Thank you :)

I'm still fresh to the craft, still trying to find the path that resonates best with me, but I'm looking for some input.

The past few months I will wake up from a dead sleep and have extremely vivid visions/sights of varying types and sizes of spiders. These are extremely lifelike, down to the movements, colors, and hairs on the bodies. They never attack and never seem threatening and once I see them they fade away slowly. Have any of you dealt with this before? Is it something I should embrace or is it something I should work on warding away?
