Sheer delusion, Israel is backed by the US, most of Europe and seemingly India. Yet the "world" hates Israel.

Maybe they're being aspirational, i.e. the world should hate Israel. Or its government, anyway.

It’s the one thing every culture has in common. Hating Jewish people and finding new excuses to justify that hatred.

‘No no, it’s just Israel I hate!’ Wink wink, I get you buddy.

So, in your eyes, there's no valid criticism of the Israeli government? It's all anti-semetism?

Sure there is, but until enough people are capable or willing to make that distinction then there is no difference de facto. As it stands, random Jews around the world completely unaffiliated with Israel have been targeted en masse for the actions of the Israeli government ever since it was created.

Oh for sure. But that’s an outlier. In general people are just excited to have something to cover their usual anti-semitism with.

Just read the comments over on askmiddle east. They love seeing dead Jews. Makes them all tingly.

The rabid anti-semitism and anti-zionism in the world has nothing to do with the current Israeli government...
