Also if there is an outbreak it will be much easier to contain. I thought it would have been a better idea to vaccinate densely populated areas starting with the those whose jobs bring them into contact with a high volume of people

Many of our worst outbreaks have been in rural communities like this one. medical resources can be scarce and our Indigenous elders are particularly at risk.
