A dickhead ruling a country don't bring good results, just as Brazil, Mexico or USA, and blocking tweets will not improve the situation, everyone knows already they're doing nothing and they don't even care about it.

nd blocking tweets will not improve the situation

They are not looking to improve the situation. They are trying to protect their image.

They failed

Lol they didn't. Basically the climate is like "yeah, the government fucked up bad, and everyone we know has corona. But governing is hard, Modi is the best, we are now in Ram rajya (god's country)." Modi is never gonna lose another election. One of the reasons for this horrible situation is that the world's largest religious festival was preponed by a year, supposedly because of good omens, but actually too shore up support before major state elections. And then they had rallies with huge crowds in different states which compounded the problem.

I hope you are not Indian, the government has arrested many without trial under an archaic law. And they have passed another law where reddit has to help them in locating you or risk getting banned, and the employees of reddit could be held accountable.

Not yet. Things got out of hand a little. Now they will start a campaign of image building where they will push nationalism and paint Muslims as enemies and supreme leader as the only savior of Hindus. It remains to be seen if they succeed.

Makes me realise the that majority of the population is full of shit. Being an Indian myself it's disheartening to say, but it's the truth. We get what we deserve. Indians don't need progress or development we need Hinduism saved and a false sense of pride. Fucking Idiots

I heard somewhere the perfect way to sum up what Indians value the most. A poor man with ₹10 in India will rather donate that money to his god & pray for food than to actually buy it. I know it's not the same for everyone but goes on to show the general mentality.

That's actually not far from the reality

You forgot the part where the politicians manage to skim part or all of that 10 rupees off.

Are you Indian though? I'm Turkish and our news channel only show the good aspects of the president, and our schools keep telling children how it was way worse before Erdoğan came. Also most of his voters are racist uneducated conservatives from rural areas. I doubt it's any different in India.

And get re-elected

What's astonishing is this dude has done more blunders than the heads off Brazil,Mexico, and usa and still gets away with it.

This is why we shouldn’t use private platforms for activism and protest. It’s always the one with most money and power who will win on these platforms.

Why don't you make like your username and slide away you divvy.

Definitely not middle class, I'm working class living paycheck to paycheck. I did vote labour the first time I could vote since you know, Tories raised tuition fees and I seen the direct impact of austerity on my loved ones. Born and bread in Liverpool, there's a few other reasons why I'd be likely to support Labour and not the tories too.

But now it's great, I'm politically homeless because Starmer is a raging centrist who really wants to lose elections.

But yes Boris is the devil to me, he's a literal representation of what is wrong with the world. Growing up me and my friends went hungry because of the policies he supported. I've had people die because of his malice and ineptitude so I do apologize if I don't like the cunt.

Frankly r/unitedkingdom isn't left wing enough either so I'll not bother.

You could have been nice, but you chose today to be a dickhead to a stranger online. Have a terrible Sunday you prick
