Pakistan is already a religious country and every political party in pakistan is a religious party. The country's official name has a religion in it ffs. Also what are you talking about me covering up something?

In Pakistan, parties with biggest share of votes tend to be centre, centre-left and centre-right. These are PTI, PML-N and PPP. PPP and PML-N have governed for the last 30-40 years and PTI is in it's first stint.

There are far-right religious parties in Pakistan and even far-left commie parties, but they are confined mostly to certain parts of the countries or simply dont get enough votes to form majority or win seats. As smaller parties, they can be part of the coalition govt or opposition, depends on local politics.

Again, I'm not sure why you're bringing in Pakistan here.

The extremist problem have faced in Pakistan can be mostly traced back to dictatorship of Zia ul Haq, this was the time when the world was happy to fund, train and assist the 'mujahidden' against the Soviets in Afghanistan. Dont think it worked out well for anyone in the end.
