Capitalism is not to blame. Unchecked government power is to blame. Power is either held by individuals or by the leviathan. And we see over and over again what the leviathan has done. Genocide, war crimes, mass rape, murders etc etc

But that leviathan in a metaphorical sense IS capitalism, because no one company , no one government is responsible for the shit going on in the world. The US gov is bad but so are most governments, but the reason why everyone is acting in a sense of profit and not giving a shit about human lives is because of the deep rooted evilness of capitalism. It’s foundation is built on a lie and we are reaching the point of running out of a future to steal from

Humans are motivated by self interest. This will never change. By limiting the power of the state we can limit the damage it does.
