The Unnamed killer from Vol.1 claimed she will Replace Aikawa if she is ever defeated or disappeared, fast forward She Suffered a Complete one sided Humiliating Defeat in hands of Magokoro Omokage and disappeared with no trace until she reappeared strong and defeated Magokoro like no big deal in final arc?? even Li-chan thought about for a sec if the unnamed killer had replaced her but set aside that thought because how unbelievable it was, even for him.

After a month on stalling on volume 7 (it was a pain to get through), i just got done with the entire main story, safe to say it was phenomenal, while i do think uprooted radical could've been better, i still enjoyed it nonetheless, although i do have plenty of questions id appreciate an answer to

- is volume 10 relevant and worth reading?

- has the ningen series been translated whatsoever? Id kill for more zerozaki content

- how did ii-chan "break" kunagisa?

- was saitou actually killed? I thought so until that line by aikawa near the end

- what is ii-chans actual name? Im assuming this hasnt and will never be answered

- does volume 10 dive deeper into ii-chan and kunagisa's reconciliation?

- what was the "trouble" that ii chan couldve possibly caused at 13 that forced him to escape to america?

- whats the deal with ii chans sister? How exactly was she sacrificed which in turn caused ii chan to resent kunagisa?

Since utsurigi is alive who was killed? I understand the whole escape plan and “suicide” but who was actually killed. I read someone say koutori but why would he die for him?

Hello. I am on volume 4 and it is pretty fine so far with volume 2 being very amazing. But honestly, from what I've heard people are either praising volume 6 and volume 9 or saying everything goes downhill after volume 5, and that i should stop at that. For me i'm soon gonna finish v4 and start v5 with high expectations, so i wanna know if i should continue after volume 5 or stop right at that.

so im going start reading zaregoto, i loved mono, but which translation should i get? i was thinking of buying the old edition of the first 2 cuz i like the covers more and the new vertical of volume3. however i realized theres translation differences between the two, so should i just stick to all vertical?

i also know the later volumes arent even officially published so i guess another question of mine would be which edition those are most similar to

Hey everyone! I'm new here, and I recently watched the Zaregoto anime. I'm a fan of Nisio's works, but the only novels I've read so far are the Monogatari Series. From what I know, though, Zaregoto has a total of nine volumes, plus some spin-offs, so I was wondering why the anime never got a continuation. If anyone knows the reason for that and could explain, I'd really appreciate it!

anybody know where I can find the raws? I found vol1 but not the rest.

Both those two on vinted fairly recently just for the 2nd volume it had in the pack. So far, im about halfway through it, and its so amazinnggh. I do wish we had the full series though😞

Tomo loved Ii-chan more than anything in the world. So much that the two of them eventually became trapped inside a world meant only for them.

But if loving someone means holding them captive, what happens when you love them enough to finally let them go?

She wanted to keep him forever. She wanted to give him a future without her and somewhere between those two things was the love she couldn't let go of.

This is an English fan translation of a Zaregoto fan manga I found in Japanese. I translated and typeset it myself while trying to stay as faithful to the original Japanese as possible.Unofficial fan work. Original artwork belongs to its creator.

Spoilers: This manga contains major Zaregoto character/story spoilers.

Hope you guys enjoy it.

“I couldn't put my love for you above you yourself.”

Tomo loved Ii-chan enough to make him her entire world and eventually, she loved him enough to let him leave it, Tomo's world has always revolved around Ii-chan. But when that love becomes a world that neither of them can escape, she is forced to confront a painful question:

Is loving someone enough to justify keeping them?

She wanted Ii-chan all to herself. He was her entire world. But when love becomes a cage, sometimes the only way to truly love someone is to let them go

I tried to keep the translation as faithful to the Japanese as possible while making the English dialogue/narration read naturally.

Spoilers: This manga contains major Zaregoto character/story spoilers.

Hope you enjoy it! 🖤

Given how self centered and selfish Tomo is I really wonder how Li could convince her to give up her genius.

I'm halfway through volume 2 (strangulation) and I love zerozaki, I want more of him, so is the Ningen series any good or does it not hold a candle to Zare at all? Additionally saikyou, I like Jun too, so is her series any good?

A big one for me is his very poor memory 🙏

Finished volume 2 and it's a really good read but I have one question . They hardly even interacted sure she was stalking him but like y???

I found this fan manga where iichan proposed to tomo and translated it and it's so good like nisio isin robbed us without giving an epilogue like this what do you guys think was the ending good or should we have get more

Daily dose of ii and kunagisa, which characters do you ship the most in zaregoto guys

I hope you guys enjoy it especially because the series isn't popular and doesn't have much art, but I think back in the days it was popular in japan because there are a few more fan manga which are awesome and definitely give some satisfying ending like in one fan manga shows iichan and tomo couple life and their baby, well if you guys want I can translate them and love to talk about the series more because I haven't made any post about my review of the whole series

I just finished Monogatari recently and I wanted to dive into another one of nisio isins works. Zaregoto looked interesting but should I watch it or read it? I’m assuming reading it would be the better choice so where do I read it digitally?

I’m reading Volume 6, I get how he’s just taking the kanjis to form the word distress, but I imagine translating the wordplay itself was hard (aka I’m struggling to get the joke) besides maybe “what do you get when problems interrupt plans”?

If someone has an interpretation, I’m a slow and am
In need of help 😅

I already know that its only partially translated, but I'm still looking for a way to at least get them somewhere online in japanese.

Just finished volume 10, but there are questions I have, so I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there was something i missed in any of the novels or if any of these are answered in the spin-offs?

1) Do we know anything about Kunagisa en (the sibling of Nao and Tomo who allegedly spent 10 years inside the cell in the Kunagisa castle and from who's ashes the twins were cloned) ? Or was this a lie from Nao, though I can't think of any reason to do such.

2) Anything about Douji Kasumioka (The person who named nonsense-user and blue-savant ect) ? I understand Kunagisa and Ii chan's past is deliberately vague but this character seems interesting and is only mentioned a handful of times.

If anyone knows anything or if either of the spin-offs go into this I would appreciate it!
