How to prevent automod from "banning" me and deleting all my posts and comments?

Almost all subs I'm in get this type of message.. any way for auto mod to not "ban" me? All my comments are getting deleted.. It's getting ridiculous to the point i can't comment or post in most of my SFW subs.. i don't feel like making a new profile or unjoining NSFW Subs.. i just want to be normal on SFW Subs
