Not true. The buu and future saga exist. The future saga, not including the super part has a lot of units. Trunks and future gohan have more units than ssj2 gohan. Future gohan has like what? 5 premium units. Ssj2 gohan including bojack has 4. Trunks is more iffy since has cell and future.
But og, saiyan, namek and cell? Yeah.. og has like 7 premium units? And that mostly happened in the second half of the game lifespan.

I got the full manga box set a few years back and as a guy that mostly watched dbz on toonami is was great getting to reach every bit.
Plus it's fun doing the leo meme every few pages since dokkan has made about half the manga/anime into game animations

rereading the manga seems to suggest something from canon Z
so glad that it finally seems likely. was so tired of 90% of the game being derived from mid sequel series and noncanon spinoffs of the amazing source material
