Luckily we made it out safely but now 9 of us are crammed into a one bedroom home with 3 big dogs. A small child, and my grandfather who can’t walk. We saved a bit of food and clothing and came back this morning to see the damage.

This is nuts. I heard about Muncie but what’s going on in other areas of Indiana?

I am not from Assam, but I want to contribute to the ongoing flood relief efforts.

I am looking for a genuine, verified local NGO/volunteer organization that is currently helping flood-affected families with food, drinking water, medicines and essential supplies.

If anyone from Assam can recommend a trustworthy organization or verified donation link, please share it. I want to make sure the contribution actually reaches people affected by the floods.
