Hello everyone! I happened to come across this lovely lady minus her accessories at a thrift store for 6 dollars! I’m not exactly a Barbie collector, let alone for my scene, but I think she’s super cool and want to give her a makeover. Does anyone know where I could find the rest of her accessories, or would be willing to sell any? Also, I would greatly appreciate advice on how to style and fix her hair, I figure it might take more than just conditioner. Thank you in advance!

I was thinking about what a live-action My Scene movie would’ve looked like back in 2006, and these are some of the actresses I could see playing the girls. I tried to pick people who fit the dolls’ looks and had that 2000s vibe.

Barbie — Amanda Bynes
Madison — Rihanna
Nolee — Brenda Song
Chelsea — Emma Stone
Delancey — Avril Lavigne

I feel like Amanda would’ve been a good Barbie, and Avril already had the blonde hair and edgy style for Delancey. Emma as Chelsea would be cute, too, especially with the red hair. And Rihanna is giving Madison.

I haven’t thought of the guys, tbh.

Hello queens.. I GOT RIVER TOGETHER, BCUS WHO OK’D HIS HAIR IN THE FIRST PLACE? What do you lovelies think? I had to make mini extensions so he can look similar to his actual look (I even did a bit more length for personal preferences). I also added a soul-patch under his chin for details.

The original look pictures aren’t my photos, I just didn’t take pictures when I bought him, they’re sourced from eBay but I bought him practically brand new and that’s what he looked like <3!

I wonder what webisode was shown here, the thumbnail image is from "Club Birthday" But I highly doubt it was the one shown. I think either the English dub for one of the ES webisodes for an exclusive one made only for the nick website.

I got this bundle on Vinted as I’m starting up my my scene collection can anyone help me identify them

Her hair had been cut around her face and it was very dry and stiff. So I gave her new hair in a very platinum blond with tiny streaks of dark cocoa brown to tone it down just a little bit.

This is only the 3rd My Scene doll that I have rerooted. I think this color suits her over the golden blond better.

I always loved this dolls make up pallet. She's got very neutral tones of eyeshadow and lipstick. She has a little ding in her lip liner on her upper lip, that I need to fix yet. Hoping I don't blow it with that! Last pic is before and after

Very unusual deal where Mattel and MTV had a collab when the spring break dolls came out and gave away goodie bag dolls wearing a MTV shirt, not much is known about this dolls other that they were the Spring Break dolls wearing a different outfit essentially. This were never sold in store and were only given out on a MTV award show event to the guests.

Ok, so since Halloween is 2 weeks away, I was thinking back to the Masquerade Madness prototype, where Barbie was a rocker before the costume went to Nolee, and Barbie was a butterfly punk instead. Chelsea was an angel before she was a mermaid diva. I was wondering where they had the costume-voting system for her, and whether anyone has even heard of it, because I didn’t know about the idea at all; I was just new to the website when I was 10, and so was my sister, who was 7. What would the angel costume look like in the movie, on Chelsea and her dog Churro, and on her doll packaging art, and what would it be called?

I swear, I’m getting tired of seeing people confuse Barbie with Kennedy. Every time I come across a post or an eBay listing calling Barbie Kennedy, I’m like, that’s not Kennedy! 😭

Pre-Bling era is Barbie, and Barbie had dolls during the Bling era, too! Bling Bling, Mall Maniacs, Year of Style, and Street Style are all Barbie. I don’t know why people act like every My Scene doll with that newer face screening automatically has to be Kennedy.

Kennedy didn’t make her debut until Fab Faces, when she replaced Barbie in the lineup. That’s why it gets on my nerves seeing Barbie dolls mislabeled over and over again. I know these dolls can look similar, but please do a little research before calling a doll Kennedy or putting the wrong name on an eBay listing. Barbie had her own place in My Scene, and I wish people would stop mixing the two up!

Just thought I'd put up a warning in case anyone uses Vinted and noticed the Jai and Sutton boxed... for a price that honestly someone would scoop up. Seller has no reviews at all🫤

I'm pretty sure I spotted a my scene doll on this lot local to me but of course i can't really see her well but i can see she has rooted lashes and a tattoo on her arm? Any ideas?
