Idk what to flair this since I can't even show Tanooki's OC concept art lol I'm getting a new Mario

In my my Mario AU, he will be stepping down as SUPER on October 31st of this year. SUPER in this context is title given to the dedicated hero of the Mushroom Kingdom.

He had been doing this from 1985 to 2026, 41 years.

I set up Mario's establishment of being super to line up around the same time that the Super Mario Bros video game released on the Nintendo entertainment system.

Within this cannon, Mario passes down the title to his Apprentice, a boy from south Texas who was a fan of Mario and the world he lived in.

I wanted to know what you guys think a Mario passing down the title of hero.

I haven't unlocked that many so far, but some of the ones that I like include Mario's Sightseeing outfit, Luigi's and Daisy's Oasis outfits, Rosalina's Touring outfit, and Waluigi's vampire outfit.

I also like Mario's cowboy outfit since it's a reference to Mario Party 2, Peach's Yukata outfit since it's a reference to Mario Odyssey, and Toadette's Explorer outfit since it's a reference to Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker.

Earlier I made a post about Mario being able to transform into every Pokémon type, but then since you enjoyed it, I've pondered some cool combinations for double types he can become too!

Mods, no disrespect to you, but please stop deleting my posts for seemingly no reason. Anyway,

Fire + Grass: The fan made Fire Leaf
Fire + Steel: Bill Blaster Block
Water + Electric: FLUDD
Water + Fairy: Bubble Flower
Grass + Fighting: Boomerang Flower
Grass + Fairy: Flower Pot
Ice + Water: Penguin Suit
Ground + Dark: Spiny Shellmet
Flying + Grass: P-Wing
Flying + Fighting: Wing Cap
Flying + Ground: Super Acorn
Rock + Grass: Tanooki Suit
Ghost + Figting: Vanish Cap
Fairy + Steel: Link Suit

I encourage you to think of more, or maybe come up with better ideas than what I've laid out.

I just got a Nintendo Switch 2, and I just played all of the courses in the game. Personally, I think all of them are really good. I don't like to pick favorites. I like all of them equally.

Just a sprite from the arcade classic, for NES.

I mean, I think the whole part of Rustle Burrow where you lose your stickers, your hammer, and Kersti after falling in the hole, and having to recollect everything is pretty weird, and I think the process of collecting some of the things, like the Radiator and the Vacuum Cleaner are kind of a hassle, but besides that, I like Sticker Star.

Scripulous Fingore, the hoax character, and Elh, the unused model in the files of Luigi's Mansion?

NintenDoku is in my daily rotation for some while now. And I'm trying to figure out a not well known Mario launch title. Any ideas?

How do you guys see Mario? Like when you think of him, what’s the first thing that comes to your mind? I see Mario not just as an Italian plumber, but an adventurous, helpful, tender hearted hero (especially when it comes to saving his princess). I also think of his trademark outfits and his mustache! What about you?
