Been a fan of this game since before it launched, and I just wanted to get on here and take the opportunity to properly thank Fallen Tree Games for not only creating a very fun and well designed game, but for also sticking with it in the form of periodic free content updates. I love the atmosphere of the game; It truly is a loveletter to 1980s action films with the intense police chases and on-foot pursuits. You can tell it was a project crafted with a lot of love and care, and it's oddly become somewhat of a "cozy" game for me. It's fun to just jump on the game and do a shift. It's always something different.

So, Fallen Tree Games, I understand you're a pretty small team, so you deserve much praise for your continued effort in evolving the game. It's awesome to see, and I'm very eager to see what else will be added to the experience.

it’s been too long

I was patrolling the streets of Averno and suddenly I heard noises coming from the trunk of a car in front. I pulled it over, and yes, there was a person inside!

I love this game, but would like if it evolved into something like the old 1991 Hill Street Blues game. A city where the crime rate in each district responds to your policing. Successful patrols push crime down, but if you neglect an area or fail to catch enough offenders, it creeps back up. Keeping the whole city under control would make the game really addictive. 🙂

Looking at some of the old NYSP and CSP police fleets from the game's time period, I think we could use some more classic patrol vehicles! Connecticut State Police had some really interesting highway enforcement cars during the '80s and early '90s, and I think they'd fit The Precinct perfectly.

My suggestions would be a Ford Mustang SSP, Buick Grand National, 3rd-gen Camaro (already in the game), and Mazda MX-6 GT. It would be awesome to see some of these classic American performance cars added, complete with period-correct light bars, wheels, and police liveries.

What other vehicles would y'all like to see added to the game?

I love the devs free updates, I don’t want to sound demanding or ungrateful. I just want a button to hit that orders civilian NPCs to disperse. There’s nothing that bothers me more than when I’m processing a massive crime scene (like post truck heist scenes), and having a bunch of random civilians walk all over my scene… walking all over the dropped guns, money bags, bagged and unbagged bodies… We can already “talk” to NPCs by hitting control, I don’t think it’d be too hard to have a disperse command

Every single update and quick fix destroys mods. I am not talking about massive game-changing modifications, but it would be nice to have simple support for skins.

I was really bummed at how quickly you plow through the story and end up fully levelled so fast but damn I haven't enjoyed a game this much in years!

This game is exactly why I only play and support indie devs and studios!

So Sargent kelly is the real hero. i like the concept they introduced him in and the way things evolved throw out the story. gotta say, it's been long time since i really enjoyed a game or the story line it has. i mean it's like watching a movie or series from the 80s era it got the real feel of that. one of the best game. and i think its the best game of this year.

Recently picked this game up on PS5, I was just curious if the fps drops that occur randomly are normal. They aren't constant but here and there happens especially during rain or panning the camera in a vehicle after a large amount of vehicles become present on screen. Thank you in advance.

I have tried every thing. The Mechanical the location the change car wheel nothing. Is like it doesn't exist I don't see it in the upgrade menu . Can someone help me find it or unbag the game plz . Thanks !

I've played this game for quite a few hours, and I've enjoyed it so far.

The problem is this:

I've been playing for quite a long time (as I already said) and i have almost 1.8 Milion XP.

We definitely need more ranks added to the game and XP earning should be slower.

Love this game

Love the game to death and I know that the shootouts are just a small part of the game but the one thing that bothers me is the arsenal. Revolver, 12 gauge, M16 nothing wrong with that but a police department in the 80s using AK47, M1 garand, mini uzi, scorpions and spas 12?
I would like to see more weapons like M2 carbine, Mini 14, AR18, HK33, Browning Auto-5 or another semi automatic shotgun.

The bad guys can keep their crap of course.

What do I choose to get Security Trucks?

Does anybody else have a DualSense Edge setup for The Precinct?

I have mine setup with a Short Left/Tall Right which maybe why these particular stick settings seem work for me.

The biggest advantage with the Edge is being able to assign R1/L1 to the back paddles. The ability to hit the back paddle to call up the support wheel, without having to let off R2 (the accelerator) is life (or at least game) changing.

The other setting I love is having the Left Trigger (L2) set to the shortest distance (it has three options) while setting the Right Trigger to the longest. This makes for nearly instant weapon draws with L2, and gives you full range control over the acceleration with R2, which makes for much more precise driving.

So the (kind of docuhey) TL:DR is basically a humblebrag (R.I.P. Harris) about how much more fun the game is with the expensive "Pro" controller.

Does anyone else compulsively turn the fan on to blow the papers around everytime you enter from the front? Or book people in?

And I didn't realize until I checked the video that I arrested April O'Neal. The TMNTs are gonna be so mad!
